The Universe is the prosaic realm and the home of mortal life: innumerable galaxies of stars and their planets, each one a setting a campaign can be played in. It is the plane on which mortal lives are born, lived and ended, and it is the plane the rest of the cosmos is measured against. Where another plane's scope, gravity, time or morphic behavior is described as normal, it is the Universe that sets the norm.
Souls arrive here from Creation's Forge before incarnating, and depart toward the Outer Sphere for judgment when the mortal life ends. That traffic makes the Universe the hinge of the whole planar cycle rather than merely one plane among many.
This plane prints no trait row, which means its scope, gravity, time and morphic behaviour all match the Universe.
